From Washington DC:  Take 95N to 100W to 29N.  Exit onto Rt. 40 E.  Turn Right onto Rogers Ave. (First Lite).  Turn Right onto Ellicott Mills Rd.  Left onto Main St.  Go down through Ellicott City thru 2 lites.  Go under bridge and the 1st left is Oella Ave.  DO NOT  take this Oella (the road is closed further up). Take the 2nd left onto Westchester Ave. Follow Westchester Ave. all the way up to the Second stop sign.  Right Turn onto Oella.  Go 100 feet turn Left into parking lot of large white building.

From Points North and East:  695 exit #13 (on West side of beltway north of 95, south of Rt 70)  Take exit #13 west towards Catonsville.  Go through Catonsville.  Pass Dimitri's Restaurant and turn Right onto Oella Ave.   419 Oella Ave is on your right hand side.  You went about 100 feet too far if you come to the second stop sign!
